Open Funding Opportunity: ACRA For Diversity and Inclusion in Breast Cancer Research

The Conquer Cancer – Breast Cancer Research Foundation Advanced Clinical Research Award (ACRA) for Diversity and Inclusion in Breast Cancer Research is now open with a Letter of Intent due date of January 31, 2025. This mechanism is designed with the primary goal of increasing diversity in the oncology workforce and breast cancer research. Awards will be given to mid-career investigators who identify as members of populations underrepresented in medicine (UIM), and who wish to conduct original breast cancer research not currently funded.

The total award amount is $450,000 over three years, payable in annual increments of $150,000. Conquer Cancer has funding for two BCRF ACRAs for Diversity and Inclusion in Breast Cancer Research which will be awarded to the most meritorious applications evaluated for this competition. All applications must be submitted in accordance to the requirements and instructions of the Request for Proposals (RFP).
