ESMO Targeted Anticancer Therapies (TAT) Asia Congress 2025 - Travel Grant for Young Oncologists

To be held on 18-20 July in Hong Kong SAR, China, the inaugural ESMO TAT Asia 2025 is a pioneering platform designed to bring together key stakeholders in early drug development in the Asia-Pacific region. The meeting will focus on building capacity and accelerating the development of early phase clinical trials, creating strong foundations for oncology drug development. More information about the Congress can be found on their website: ESMO Targeted Anticancer Therapies Asia Congress 2025.

ESMO have provided MOGA with 2 x non-abstract-related travel grants. The grant includes: 

  • Free registration (processed by ESMO Head Office) 

  • Two nights hotel accommodation at Harbour Grand Kowloon (check-in on 18 July and check-out on 20 July) 

(Booking of the accommodation will be organized by the ESMO Head Office. Any additional nights will be at the recipient’s expense) 

  • Travel Grant of EUR 600 for each travel grant recipient, towards economy class flight - travel is to be organised by the travel grant recipient 

ESMO will provide a lump sum reimbursement to the society directly. The reimbursement will be processed 2 months after the congress. 

Applications from current YOGA Members require a covering letter outlining value of participation in the meeting, current CV and letter of support from Head of Department/Supervisor.
