RACP Adult Medicine Division Leadership Workshop
On behalf of the Adult Medicine Division (AMD), we invite AMD advanced trainees and early to mid-career AMD Fellows to our second annual in-person AMD Leadership and Management Workshop over the weekend of 16-17 November 2024.
Physicians play a key role in improving health and healthcare delivery. Strengthening our leadership, management, and innovation skills (collectively, medical leadership) is essential to this mission.
This workshop offers practical medical leadership advice aimed at improving patient outcomes and community health. You will learn from and network with fellow physicians and healthcare leaders across Australia, all focused on enhancing their leadership skills and building high-performing teams.
