ESMO Asia Congress 2024 | Travel Grants for Young Oncologists

ESMO Asia Congress, 6-8 December 2024, Singapore 

MOGA has three (3) non-abstract-related travel grants to be allocated for young Australian oncologists to attend ESMO Asia Congress 2023. The grant includes: 

• Free Meeting registration (managed by ESMO) 

• 3 nights hotel accommodation (check-in 5th December - check out 8th December) 

  • Booking managed by ESMO Head Office 

  • Any additional nights are at the recipient's expense and to be organised directly with the Hotel 

  • ESMO will send a link to selected travel grant recipients for them to book their accommodation directly 

• Travel Grant of 750 EUR towards economy class flight provided by ESMO. Travel is to be organized by the Grant recipient and reimbursed by ESMO. 

Applicants must satisfy all the below criteria: 

• Be a current financial member of MOGA - Young Oncologist Member (within 5 years of receipt of FRACP fellowship),

• Be an ESMO member or qualify for membership AND be aged 40 or under at the time of application,

• Be an oncologist with at least one year experience in medical, radiation or surgical oncology and currently engaged in cancer research or clinical oncology practice, and

• Be proficient in English.

• a Letter of Support for your application from a MOGA member or your Supervisor/Head of Department.
